CHRIS MOLTON
General Manager
Chris joined the Aqua team in 2018 and is one of our original employees from our sister wash in Charlottesville. During his time with Aqua, Chris has done it all, all while putting himself through school and working full-time. Starting out as Wash Attendant and most recently as our Cville Assistant General Manager, Chris is now in charge of our Zion location.
TAMARA ADLER
Asst. General Manager
Tamara joined the Aqua team in 2023 and loves serving customers. With 10+ years of Car Wash & managerial experience, Tamara has worked in all types of car wash businesses in Central Virginia and simply loves to help folks have a great experience when they visit Aqua. Tamara is a former rodeo competitor, and when not working, she volunteers on the VDSS Parent Advisory Council and enjoys spending time with her fiancé and daughters.
DAMIEN WATTERS
Assistant Manager
Damien joined the Aqua team in 2022 and has worked his way steadily up the ladder from Wash Attendant, to Team Lead, to Assistant Manager. Damien brings a joy to the car wash every day. A former college football player, Damien loves to connect with customers and make sure everyone is having a great time at the wash. He especially loves hanging out with his family and daughter.
